Is it really free right now?
Yes. Every trainer uses TheFitHero free during the beta, and there is nothing to buy yet. When paid plans start, founding trainers get 3 free months on a paid plan, and Solo stays free for up to 3 active clients.
Do my clients pay anything?
Never. Clients use TheFitHero free. Only trainers have a plan.
What counts as an active client?
A client you coach who signed in or was assigned a workout in the last 30 days. Clients who have gone quiet do not count toward your plan.
Do you take a cut of what my clients pay me?
No. TheFitHero does not handle payments between you and your clients. Keep billing them the way you do today.
How will I pay, and can I change or cancel?
Paid plans will be bought on the web and billed by Stripe, not in the app. You will be able to move between plans or cancel at any time.
What if I coach more than 100 clients?
Email support@thefithero.com and we will set up a plan that fits.
